In case of wrong password entry, the relevant login ID is to be locked after five attempts.
In order to unlock the ID, please download "J-GATE3.0_Password_Reset_Unlock_Application" from System Documents Site, fill in the form with required information, and send it to JPX Service Desk (J-GATE3.0) at j-gate3@jpx.co.jp.
