When Circuit Breaker (SCB) is triggered, is it possible to receive ISS of a combination series through BI41 (Session Status Update Information)?
Since ISS for a combination series is not disseminated by BI41(Session Status Update Information), it is not acquirable.
Moreover, when ISS is triggered at an underlying level, ISS will be applied to all series (including combination series) with the same underlying; however, regulation information is provided only to the underlying.
