Answer

When "B0: Itayose" is released and it becomes possible to execute orders, "B1: Release of Itayose" is disseminated. However, if the closing session is reached or the trading is halted during a hold time of disappearance, "B1: Release of Itayose" will not be disseminated because the session is not started.
