1: Application Type
Select the application type.
Issue arrowface ID (Reference only):
Select this option when applying for a new arrowface user ID. It is only reference applications, not able to create and submit.
Issue arrowface ID (Issuer):
Select this option when applying for a new arrowface user ID. It is only to create applications; it cannot submit applications except for some applications.
Issue arrowface ID (Applicant):
Select this option when applying for a new arrowface user ID. It is not only to create but also submit applications at the same time.
Issue Target ID for refer the invoices:
Select this option when applying for a new Target user ID to refer to billing information through Target.
Person in Charge of System-related Information:
Select this option when applying for a new Target user ID to refer to documents published for the person in charge of system-related information on Target (JPX Site).
Delete arrowface ID:
Select this option when deleting an existing user ID.
 
2: User ID to delete
When "Delete" is selected in Application Type, enter the user ID to delete.
 
3: Department
Enter the name of the department of the user.
If the user ID is for an outsourcing company, enter the name of that company here.
 
4: Name
Enter the name of the user.
Space is needed between the first name and the second name.
e.g.) Taro Tosho
 
5: Name Furigana
Enter the Furigana of the name of the user.
Space is needed between the first name and the second name.
Not required for non-Japanese names.
 
6: Phone
Enter the phone number of the user.
Only numbers and '-' are allowed.
e.g.) 000-1234-5678
 
7: E-mail
Enter the E-mail address of the user.
The E-mail address registered here will be used as the contact address for notification and alerts.
 
8: Billing Addresses
Click the button when selecting "Issue Target ID for refer the invoices".
Select the billing addresses from the list.
