Answer

This is a function used to obtain only the most recent data (should not be used to obtain all messages prior) after a failure which prevented multicast data to be received for a prolonged period.
Please note that Glimpse should only be used to acquire the price indication information at the time of failure recovery and should not be used for other purposes.
