Users cannot join/subscribe to a specific multicast group via L1 Multicast line.
The scheme is that, instead of users, the exchange's device joins/subscribes to all targeted multicast groups and deliver the data to users.
Therefore, users are required to take some measure (filtering for example) not to use the unlicensed data.
