I would like to change the user of arrowface ID from A to B. Should I apply for deleting A's user ID and creating B's new user ID?

I would like to change the user of arrowface ID from A to B. Should I apply for deleting A's user ID and creating B's new user ID?

Answer

Even if A's user ID was deleted and B's new user ID was created, B can't refer the applications created by A with B's new user ID.
In order to refer A's applications, B needs to take over A's user ID.
*New user ID can't refer the applications which have created before the new user ID is created.

Please follow the below steps to change user ID information.
It will be reflected on arrowface about 2days after.

1. Login to arrowface with A's user ID, then click "setting" at upper right of top page.

2. Click "ユーザー更新"

3. Change ユーザー名,電話番号 and メールアドレス to B's information. Then click "次へ"

4. Review the changes and click "更新"

5. Change Login Password if necesarry.

This change can be also done on Target user by Target administrator
