How can I unlock an account (User ID) in SSO/Portal (Clearing System)?

In case you need to unlock a Group Admin account (User ID), please contact JPX Service Desk - Clearing (servicedesk@jpx.co.jp).

If you require a Group Member account (User ID) to be unlocked, please log in to the system by Group Admin account (User ID) and unlock the Group Member account.
Regarding the procedure for the unlocking of account, please refer to the section "4-3-2. Reset Lockout" in the document "SSO/Portal User Manual" listed on Target-JSCC Site.
