An error message "Unmonitored requests are for physical lines(For lines with blank [SP Line ID]) only" has appeared W when I tried to request monitoring deactivation on arrowface.

Answer

Only physical lines can be requested to set monitoring deactivation. If you set monitoring deactivation on physical line, it is also applied to its logical lines as well.
In order to submit a request, please tick the checkbox of a physical line (SP Line ID field is blank) on the arrownet v2 line list page (or Patch Panel List page in the case of Co-Location Line), then click [Request Monitoring Deactivation] button.
