It will take about 1.5 months (*around 3.5 months for 1G line, around 4-5 months for 10G line and a month for Cloud Connection) to deliver the line after submitting application (After the Quote Request has been approved and the application has been submitted).
It will take about 1.5 months for AT TOKYO's Cross-Connection Service to deliver the line from our application approval (Same for all bandwidths).
Please note that the lead time for arrownet connection is the period from the date of application approval to the delivery date (NOT from the date of quote request application submission/application submission).
*If there will be any insufficient contents on application, the delivery time will be longer than normal.
*If you require the earliest delivery date for a new line, please select the Sunday after the housing date (the first and third Saturday of the month) that satisfies the lead time as your desired date.
*If you require a change with the earliest delivery date, please select the first or third Saturday of each month (the housing date) that satisfies the lead time as your desired date.

*In case of change or cancellation of redundant configuration lines, application for change or cancellation of redundant paired lines is also required.
*A redundant configuration connecting to each of AP2, AP3, and AP4 is recommended.
*Multicast transmission is not redundant (not rerouted in case of failure) as a network. It is recommended to ensure reliability by using a redundant configuration (multiple configuration using two lines in the single configuration) that receives both Stream 1 and Stream 2.
*To install only one line in the single configuration, please understand that the user must bear the risk of not having a redundant configuration, and enter the following in the Special Note section of the Application for New/Change arrownet Line (Physical/Logical).
