When applying an application for OTC removal or range allocation usage, the line ID selected from "Clearing System Usage List" will be shown.

 

Click Calendar button, and desired Start/Change/Delete date, You can also enter the date directly in yyyy/mm/dd format.

*Please leave a period of 2-4 weeks between the application date and the start of usage.

 

Enter the desired number of server (such as clearing direct connected server and In-House development terminal) which needs IP address as the clearing direct connected server.

*Please do not exceed the total of 22 units per 1line for the direct connected server.

 

Enter the desired number of PC to use the clearing system as MKT terminal.

 

Enter the desired number of PC to use the clearing system as File transmission.

 

Enter the desired number of devices that needed IP address for arrownet connecting LAN, such as network printer.
(Router for arrownet connections is not included.)

 

Enter the desired usage range for the SSO Terminal Range Assignment.
e.g.) If you wish to use one range "64 - 80", enter the Number to Add "1".

If you wish to use two range "64 - 80" and "90-120", enter the Number to Add "2".

 

Enter the desired number of PC for the SSO Terminal IP Address Assignment.

 

Enter the desired number of server which needs IP address for Listed Derivatives Clearing Direct Connected Server.

 

Enter the desired number of server which needs IP address for Listed Collateral Management JClear SV.

 

Enter the desired number of PC that will be used as terminal of OTC clearing system.

 

Enter the desired number of JClear server.

 

*In the case of application from clearing participant

The IP address possible to connect to JClear service is 1 main IP address and 4 backup IP address for both sending IP and receiving IP per 1paticipant.
- In the case if the JClear service is already used via another line, you cannot submit duplicate applications.

 

*In the case of application from carrier (using JClear ATS)

The IP address for possible to connecting JClear service is 1main IP address and 4 backup IP address for both sending IP and receiving IP address per 1carrier.
- In the case of back up config connection from another point, please indicate it with the backup line ID in [Special Notes].
- In the case if the JClear ATS is already used via another line, you cannot submit duplicate applications.

 

It is necessary to fill in the target IP address for all applications.

 

*Please enter the "terminal number of each user participant" and "use participant name" when the customer who use and the applicant to is different.

 

*Please indicate in the "Special Note" column if you wish to use the terminal only as Clearing Participant for TOCOM markets (including Clearing Participant for Osaka Dojima Exchange markets), or if you wish to use the terminal as both Clearing Participant for OSE and Clearing Participant for TOCOM markets (including Clearing Participant for Osaka Dojima Exchange markets).
When adding multiple terminals, please indicate in the "Special Note" column the number of terminals you wish to use as Clearing Participant for TOCOM markets (including Clearing Participant for Osaka Dojima Exchange markets) or wish to use as both Clearing Participant for OSE and Clearing Participant for TOCOM markets (including Clearing Participant for Osaka Dojima Exchange markets).

 

*Please indicate that it is an application related to ETF Creation / Redemption, and all applicable ETF participant codes when applying for a clearing SSO terminal (CMF Web) related to ETF Creation / Redemption.
Note: Applicable only to ETF Clearing Participants and Registered ETF Trust Banks in use of Cash Securities Clearing system.

If you wish to use the terminal as Clearing Participant for TOCOM markets (including Clearing Participant for Osaka Dojima Exchange markets), tick TOCOM.
If you wish to share the IP addresses for both OSE and TOCOM, tick both.

 

Select the User LAN from the drop-down list, then enter the desired IP address in "IP Address".

*The User LAN that is not served are not selectable.
*When applying, please confirm the internal system settings on the applicants side before filling the source IP address for the clearing system.
