After logging in to the clearing SSO as an administrator user with JGB authority, and then switching to JGB Clearing System, why can I only use "アクセス権限情報" in each business menus?

As for JGB Clearing System, the only business menu that can be used by an administrator user is "アクセス権限情報". Business menus other than "アクセス権限情報" can be used by a group member user.
