Is this normal behavior if the user ID of Derivatives Clearing System (cCran) is displayed on the list even after deleting the user ID on SSO?

Answer

When you delete the user ID on SSO, the ID will be deleted from cCran, too.
However, the user ID will be displayed on [User Management].
If [State] is [SSO_DELETED] on [User Details] of the user, the user ID cannot be used.
Moreover, if you want to delete the user ID for FIX connection, you need to submit the deletion application separately.
