・The login screen of SSO will not display
-Are you connecting from the arrownet line IP address? (Are you able to connect to the line?)
-Please confirm the Pre-Settings in [SSO/Portal User Manual].

・Under maintenance is displayed
-Are you connecting during SSO service hours?
*For the Test environment, please refer to the Test Schedule.
-Please try to clear your browser's cache.
・Although the login screen of SSO is displayed, you are unable to login
-Are you accessing from the IP address registered as SSO?
-Is your ID and password correct? (Is your ID locked?)
・Although you are able to login to SSO, you are unable to login to WebPortal, cCran, JGB clearing, Cash Products Clearing
-Are you connecting during service hours?

-Have you set the authority for your ID?
*Besides the right to operate SSO, you will need to authorize your ID for WebPortal, cCran, JGB clearing. Please refer to the document below from JSCC Target.

*In the case of Cash Products Clearing System (CMF/FSB), newly created users will initially be given the access right of the group they belong to as default.

-Is the information of connection destination correct?
-Is the ID and password correct? (Is your ID locked? Haven't you double logged in?)
<FTP>
-Are you connecting during service hours?

-Are you connecting from the IP address which you applied via FTP Site Utilization Request? (Are you able to connect to the arrownet line?)
-Is the settings correct? Please refer to the document below from JSCC Target.

If you are unable to connect even if the IP address (network connection), terminal settings, ID and password are correct, please contact JPX Service Desk -Clearing <

-target system
-date and time of occurrence
-details of the error (such as screen capture)
