Mass Cancelation is available in the case of Trading Halt (accepting orders). Please note that Mass Cancelation orders placed during the following times will result in error.
-During the order acceptance period (from the start of order acceptance to the start of the session).
-After opening of the session but before the opening price is fixed.
-During Pre-Closing
