Answer

The new Market by Order service has two types, "FLEX MBO" without bandwidth control and "FLEX MBO BC" with bandwidth control.
When using FLEX MBO, 10Gbps line is required.
On the other hand, "FLEX MBO BC" is set with a required line bandwidth of 450Mbps, so it can be used even with 1Gbps line.
