If you are not able to connect to arrownet in spite of no change in your network composition,
please contact arrownet Service Desk(Network Trouble) by phone or e-mail after preparing information below.
(In case of emergency, please call us.)

【Information you should provide】
・arrownet circuit ID
・time of occurrence
・details of the event(Please provide logs of your network devices locked with password, if possible)
・name of system or business( arrowhead / Flex / J-GATE / TFX / JASDEC, etc.)
