Accidently I closed the window with "X" button of the browser and the screen was locked on arrowface. So, I would like to unlock the screen.

Answer
After logging in arrowface with locked user ID, and open the application form you see last again in Application Status List. And close the application form from the "Close" button on the screen, the lock will be unlocked.
If it doesn’t work still you did, please contact JPX Service Desk (application procedure).
