Required procedure for J-GATE when company information is changed is as follow:
-For changes in arrowface contact information (person in charge, phone number, email address), please register on arrowface.
-For changes in “J-GATE3.0 Registration Form of Contact Person” contact information (person in charge, phone number, email address), please submit “J-GATE3.0 Registration Form of Contact Person” to JPX Service Desk (J-GATE) at j-gate3@jpx.co.jp.
 
If company information is on List of ISVs on JPX website (https://www.jpx.co.jp/english/systems/derivatives-trading/03.html), please submit “Appendix_ISV_List_Application_Form_J-GATE3.0” to JPX Service Desk (J-GATE) at j-gate3@jpx.co.jp.
 
Please download “Registration Form of Contact Person” and “Appendix_ISV_List_Application_Form_J-GATE3.0” from System Documents Site.
