Answer

Although [match_group_nbr_u] (Match Group Number) is numbered per business day, there are cases that separate BD6 may hold the same value; therefore, would not be unique.
In addition, [match_group_nbr_u] resets every business day, but it is not a guarantee that numbering will start from [1].
