Answer

Member number is a value that is set to [cst_id_n] of DA6, which is an answer to DQ6 (Broker Information).
If the sponsoring sub-participant wishes to receive BO5 (Order reception and result notice) of a certain sponsored sub-participant, the sponsoring sub-participant would need to set the member number acquired from DQ6 (Broker Information).
We presume that the member number is a fixed value, but there is no guarantees from the package vendor.
There may be a situation in which the value may be changed, but the member number for all sub-participant has never been changed since the operation of J-GATE has started.
However, as mentioned above, since there is no guarantees from the package vendor, please acquire DQ6 (Broker Information) each time.
