Answer

J-GATE sets a protection function ("flow restriction(TPS)") for every login ID. The flow restriction targets transaction and query (excludes broadcast polling).
Flow restriction varies depending on the 'User Type' set for each login ID.
For each user type and flow restriction, please refer to J-GATE3.0 Connectivity Manual [Commonalities part] "2.1.4 User Types".
