JPX published “Report from the Council for Recurrence Prevention Measures” on March 3, 2021 to prevent recurrence the system failure on arrowhead on October 1, 2020.
Report describes “In cases where a system reboot is necessary to resume trading, consider aiming for trading resumption through a system reboot as an acceptable course of action.”
If a system reboot is necessary to resume trading, then J-GATE will also consider rebooting a system to resume trading.
In such cases, order and execution numbers will be rounded up or otherwise handled to avoid interruption to the resumption of trading.
