Can an order cancellation error by NCP be identified by the error code?

Answer

Since there are no differences in error codes between NCP and regular outside order reception, it is difficult. 
If the error code below is encountered during NCP, the error code can be identified as an error due to NCP.

  Txstat :-110023 (GEN_CDC_INT_CLOSED)
  Message :Illegal transaction at this time.
