Answer

A test to check that there is no issue in the settings to connect to SPs (service providers). Routing table checks and quality checks using PING are conducted.
The user is required to confirm preparations for user device settings, cable connection, LAN environment configuration in advance of the test.
The tests are conducted from 5:00pm to 9:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays. Please note that designation of the test time such as the starting time is not possible.
