How to apply for Express Service for arrownet v2 Intra-building - Cross Connection?

Answer

Users are requested to submit an application on arrowface portal. Proceed to [Contract&Config] > [Co-Lo] > [Patch Panel List] and select "arrownet v2 OB" in Connection Type of your desired Rack/Port and click [New]. Application form will show up so fill in information of line and select [Intra-building - Cross Connection (CC1) Express] or [Intra-building - Cross Connection (CC2) Express] from [Circuit Type]. For other items, they are the same as the ones for ordinal JPX Co-Location External Connection.
