Regarding “Importing limits” on TradeGuard, please explain how to set upper limit value for each trading risk in the file in case that a user wants to change the limit only for Max Size in existing PTLG (Pre-Trade Limit Groups).

Setting new trading risk upper limit value for MAX Size and current upper limit value for others to the CSV file, then importing the CSV file to TradeGuard allow you to change MAX Size only.
