In the case of FLEX Standard, you can confirm this when the issue status in the ST tag changes from "10_Accepting Order Input" to "20_During Trading Session", and the first 4P tag is distributed.
For Market by Order (MBO), you can confirm this when the pricing method in the O tag first changes to "2_Zaraba method".
