Answer

For FLEX Standard, the Issue realtime message (all-day) is distributed 10 minutes after the end of the afternoon trading session. While realtime distribution is generally calculated based on either the morning or afternoon session, this message provides recalculated values that cover both sessions combined.
In addition, although execution and quote information at the close of the afternoon session (3:30pm) is distributed at 3:30pm, the same information is also distributed as an Issue realtime message (backup) (i.e., snapshot information) at 3:45pm. As with the Issue realtime message (all-day), this may appear as if the information is being distributed with a delay of more than 10 minutes. Please confirm the distributed information.
