Answer

Explanation of status in each phase is as below list.
 
Phase Status State Explanation
Quote Draft The quote request is saved and NOT submitted.
Submitted The quote request is submitted.
Approved The quote answer is issued.
Returned The application is returned. After checking the reason, you can modify the information and resubmit it.
Disapproved The quote request is disapproved. It cannot be submitted again.
Application Draft The application is saved and NOT submitted.
Submitted JPX is confirming the content after submitting an application (Including applicants are confirming after their issuer's submitting).
Approved The application is approved.
Returned The application is returned. After checking the reason, you can modify the information and resubmit it.
Disapproved The application is disapproved. It cannot be submitted again.
Contract/
Application
Submitted The application is submitted.
Returned The application is returned. After checking the reason, you can modify the information and resubmit it.
Disapproved The application is disapproved. It cannot be submitted again.
In Preparation The application is approved and in the period before the start date of the service.
In Operation The service is in operation.
Expired Contract
The status to distinguish between new and old information when an application for change is submitted.
After the start date of new information (after info.), the old information (before info.) will be shown as Expired Contract.
Cancelled The cancellation date has passed.
Config/Work Configuring The application is approved and in the period before the configuration information is issued.
Config Ready The configuration information is issued. Please obtain the information and make the setting to your devices.
NW Test To be booked The line needs the network reachability test but booking for the test has NOT been made yet.
Booked The line needs the network reachability test and booking for the test has been made.
Result OK The network reachability test is completed.
Result NG The network reachability test failed and booking for the next test is NOT made yet.
Monitoring Monitoring ON The line is being monitored.
Monitoring OFF The line monitoring is deactivated.
Virtual Server
Status
Save SV is save and not submitted.
Submitted Application is submitted.
Valid Contract Config information is valid.
Expired Contract. Expired removal date and config information is invalid.
J-GATE Status Save User ID is save and NOT submitted.
To be application The user has saved an application, but has NOT submitted to JPX.
Submitted
(before acceptance)
The application is submitted to JPX and is waiting to be endorsed.
Submitted
(after acceptance)
The application is submitted after accepted.
To be register The application is issued. State until the starting date of the use.
Registered Sub Participant, User ID are valid.
Deleted Expired removal date and sub participant, user ID are invalid.
Withdraw The application is withdrawn. It cannot be submitted again.
Returned The application is returned. After checking the reason, you can modify the information and resubmit it.
